Good hotel, staff couldn’t do enough for you.
Big comfy bed.
Dinner and breakfast were both good
I would say it was not up to the standard of some other Mercure hotels I have stayed at, but still had a good stay. The rooms are not too sound proof - you can hear people coming past and the housekeeping in the morning.

Good size rooms, pleasant staff, good breakfast
Overly zealous checking of room before you leave, didn’t affect me but a friend I was travelling with was challenged about not having a towel in his room, they tried to charge him but eventually accepted maybe they hadn’t put enough towels in the room

Very disappointing ! There were four water bottles in the room . The bottles were of 2 different designs . But since all had water and nobody told us anything we thought all to be complimentary and drank . Later while check out they billed for two bottles saying two of the bottles were chargeable . This was very dissatisfied behaviour. They should have informed us before which is complimentary and which is chargeable and when they hadn’t said anything they shouldn’t charge for such a basic thing as water .
