This is a beautiful old house with an interesting history. Its in a fairly quiet rural setting just outside Santiago de Compastela which was what I was looking for. The staff were lovely and provided an excellent breakfast. Beds were co.fortable.
The lighting in the room was very dark and it would be nice to have some insect screens on the windows. We got a few mosquito bites.

Full of original features and rustic charm very comfortable and been sympathetically restored if you want peace and quite this is perfect and couldn’t fault the staff.

The property is in a quaint and quiet town away from the bustle of the Compostela. The bus ride to and from between the property and city center is not that long. The bus stop is also just outside the property so it wasn’t a hassle. And I can boast that I stayed in a stone house which has a nostalgic feel to it.
Maybe a little more lighting in the room would be better.
