The hotel was incredible, amazing staff, attentive kind and keen to go above and beyond for guests. The hotel was very quiet without feeling dead, restaurant was great, and the location is amazing with easy access to so much to explore in the surrounding areas. Room and facilities were well maintained, clean and well-designed. I will return.
the only thing that could improve was the massage, the rest was wonderful

Everything, the setting, the pool and restaurant, the attention to details like free snack left in your room, the nice Specialized bikes, beach toys and umbrella available for use. The staffs were all super friendly and attentive. This hotel was the highlight of our trip.
Food, the ambient and staffs were amazing. The food was good but not great.

4hour wait for a taxi that never arrived!
Hotel needs to have a reliable arrangement with a local taxi firm or otherwise offer it own driver/transport.
Standing outside by the road with your cases in blazing sunshine for a booked taxi that doesn't arrive is not acceptable for a
purported 4/5 star hotel.
