Roof top bar was a lovely surprise. Didn't use the pool but it looked inviting. Clean and comfortable room. A good size..
The area around Moncloa is a bit dodgy. Three out of 4 lifts were working which meant a long wait. Bathroom needed some maintenance.

The location of this hotel was fabulous. Close to the metro and 001 free bus. It’s a little noisy but expected as so central.
The roof top was not open despite it being May and 32 degrees. This was incredibly disappointing. Even if the roof top was open to sit and not use the bar or pool it would be a fantastic view. We booked this hotel for that reason and was a shame it was not open. It was also not very clear on the website that it was not open. Room also needed a paint and freshen up.
