Great location with grocery store across the street and several good cafes very close by. Location to city central was great. Walkable but also very close to bus and metro stops. These were convenient when it was 90+ degrees! Apartment was quite clean and mostly quiet. Loved having 2 bathrooms. One for us and one for the kids. A/C was very nice to come back to after hot days walking around the city! Would stay here again.
Uncomfortable couch/sitting area as others have mentioned but also pretty minor.

Location is great
There are a few things that are broken. Dining Table not flat, faucet in kitchen broke, door to washing machine does not shut, bench looking thing in master bed is broken shower in master is broken. The air conditioner remote is missing in the middle room. We did ask for change to another unit, but they didn't respond. The second day, they did ask for maintenance during the day, but it's not convenient for us.
