Loved the location. Would recommend to anyone visiting Flåm stay in this Hotel. The staff was extremely polite, efficient and helpful. Prima!! Gabriel and another person whose name I don’t recall (from Romania) were extremely helpful.

Stunning location, excellent value, new sauna absolutely superb. Considering you were a captive market food reasonably priced, and the lamb was utterly exquisite. The food had a real home cooked tastiness to it. The location is even better than the pictures make it out to be.
If you want fancy, this isn't going to work for you. The interior is quite dated. However, personally I loved that about it.

We didn't have breakfast in the hotel. I like the beautiful place in the mountain and the view from the hotel window.
The size of the 2 single beds are too small and uncomfortable.

Staff were lovely and the 3 course dinner was fabulous . Home cooked wholesome food .
Accommodation is very dated but that o suppose is part of the charm
