Location was ideal, bus and train station are in the same complex. We booked a room with a view of the lake. There is a sauna with a view of the lake and has access to a balcony that overlooks the lake. Room was spacious, comfortable, quiet. Good breakfast. Good location for walking in the town and the paths around the lake.
Room furniture is barebones.

The location was excellent—right in the city and conveniently close to the gondolas (cable car), which take you up the mountain.
The hotel is located at the bus station and cannot be accessed by car. There is no on-site parking, so you must find alternative parking elsewhere, which is inconvenient. Additionally, there are no clear directions provided for drivers, and the hotel lacks its own car park or EV charging stations. This made arrival and parking unnecessarily stressful. Bathroom need renovation.
