Przede wszystkim lokalizacja, która odzwierciedla się w cenie. Tuż obok przystanek autobusowy miejski oraz bardzo blisko do przystanku autobusu kursującego w kierunku lotniska. To nie akademik z czasów naszej młodości, to współczesna, oryginalna architektura, do tego czysto, schludnie do tego spokojna i cicha atmosfera. Możliwość skorzystania z baru oraz kuchni również w godzinach wieczornych w cenach dużo niższych niż w centrum miasta. Bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy.
Trudno do czegoś się przyczepić. Chyba największym mankamentem był brak podwójnego łóżka - choć same materace bardzo wygodne - ale umówmy się, że to nie był duży problem. Sam budynek jest dość rozległy więc przejście z pokoju do kuchni zajmowało kilka minut, ale do przyzwyczajenia. Miejsce w którym wydawano śniadania być może nie najlepiej zorganizowane (w jednym miejscu krzyżuje się kilka dróg co powodowało lekki chaos), ale największym rozczarowaniem (jedynym) była słaba kawa.

L'établissement est idéalement situé au calme dans une baie charmante, cosy et très familiale, avec la plage accessible en seulement 5 minutes à pied et Dubrovnik à 40 minutes en voiture.
La chambre est propre, confortable et le joli jardin apporte une agréable sensation de fraîcheur.
Un grand merci aux propriétaires qui sont formidables, extrêmement accueillants, gentils et aux petits soins. Mention spéciale pour le délicieux petit-déjeuner très copieux, notamment l'excellente omelette préparée avec les œufs frais de leurs propres poules !
Un endroit magnifique où nous avons hâte de revenir pour un séjour plus long. Nous recommandons vivement !
Le seul petit point concerne la climatisation qui, étant un modèle un peu plus ancien, ne dispose pas d'un mode nuit et s'avère un peu trop forte pendant la nuit. Pour le reste, tout était parfait !

stanza di dimensioni esigue con letto matrimoniale + 1 letto singolo, bagno piccolo senza il bidet ideale per brevi soggiorni, la signora della struttura era molto accomodante ma parlava poco inglese e niente italiano.
la mancanza di un minimo frigo e di un televisore utili per la permanenza in camera, l'ubicazione era in cima ad una salita molto ripida che poteva essere faticosa dopo una giornata di mare
