I must preface all my reviews of Sri Lankan hotels with this: most smaller hotels are family businesses whose ambition is not to be a mogul, but to make enough to get by. Hence, all the owners and workers are extremely polite and helpful. Their attitude is universally friendly and accommodating.
Nice sized room. Comfortable. Good water pressure. Good wi-fi. Not close to bustling main town but there's a small restaurant about 200 metres away (heading towards the city) that serves fresh local cuisine for unbelievably low prices, like US$2 for a main.
A bit far from the main town for walking but not hard to get there by tuktuk.

Extremely clean. The receptionist smile was very welcoming. The variety at breakfast buffet was generous and delicious. Decor, and lights in the room was very comfy and cozy.
The shower caddy was crooked due to weight put on it. Should fix just that. Rest was great.

Pillow case and bedsheets need to be washed.

Location close to bus station
Water filter broken so had brown water , bed sheets were ripped
