location was excellent. close to the metro and walking distances to most the locations we wanted to visit and metro took us to locations we didn't feel like walking to. Bed was comfortable
Wifi was not dependable.Wifi would go off if in use for more than a few minutes then had to reconnect manually. Walls were paper thin. we heard all conversations and snoring from both neighbors. The street below was super noisy until after 2am. The ceiling fan has one speed... extra fast and makes loud and squealing noises. It was loud enough to minimize the conversations and snoring as well as the street noise so it acted like white noise if you could put up with it . We had a room with a washroom and unfortunately the smell from the toilet water or pipes flowed into the room.

Location is the best thing about it: very close to buses and the metro. It's located just a few meters from Plaça Catalunya, a tourist area. It's a bit noisy, even at night.
You have to climb stairs to get there; there's no elevator.
All the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
There's no air conditioning nor hot water, and the Wi-Fi works very poorly.
