Pleasant room, comfortable bed, good shower, pleasant staff, clean. Has a lift. Perfect place for access to Metro, hop on hop off bus and public bus back to airport.
Just a couple of very minor things. Would have been nice to have access to a kettle.
Although there is a lift you do have to walk about 15 steps to get to it.

The location was super convenient, close to public transportation and main points of interest on walking distance (La Rambla, Plaza Cataluña etc.). Also, the staff was friendly. It was nice that the room was cleaned daily and that it had air conditioning.
My only two points for improvement would be regarding the room and noise. The body towel on my first day there wasn’t in a good state (had a rip and a stain). Also, since the room was on the corridor there was a lot of noise and even in very early morning hours (I couldn’t figure whether it was from the staff or the visitors). There could be more attention to that and maybe some signs for people to see and keep quiet for the rooms on the corridor. Also, since there’s no fridge in some rooms there could be a provision or a water bottle to welcome the visitor on the first day maybe.

The NOISE!!!
We were given room 101 and its facing the main street. Its noisy during the day as the street is a very busy street.pedestrians noise traffic noise and construction noise starts at 8am.
Our room is on the first floor and the big window is single glazed. The building infront of.the hotel is undergoing major restoration.
At night it's even worst
The garbage collection trucks collect the garbage at 10pm
1am and 3am. So loud that even with an earplug we got woken up everytime. We ask to be move to another room but was told no way possible
Three nights we stayed 3 nights not a lot of sleep then at 8am the construction noise starts again.
If you need to sleep avoid this hotel. I should have read the previous reviews before booking.
There is no kettle or fridge in the room
You have to climb one flight of stairs to get to the lift so carrying big suitcases maybe a problem
