The hotel room was very clean and, if one has a car, it can be a good option to visit San Sebastian. the reception staff was kind and available.
The ratio quality/cost can be improved and increased, by reducing the costs. I found quite expensive considering that the hotel is located at 15 min by car from San Sebastian and there were no breakfast.

Comfortable location 10 mins from San Sebastián, ideal for a quick overnight stay and to try the local cider houses.
Very good value for money.
Outdated furniture.
First assigned room had strong and recent smoking smell. I had it promptly changed to another room.

On the outskirts of San Sebastián but with bus stops only 100metres from hotel. Fare €1.85
First impression was deflating , opposite industrial units and next to a flyover but hotel was quiet and very clean . Other downside, restaurant not open, but snacks always available from very pleasant bar
