Buena relación calidad-precio visto el precio de los hoteles de la zona, buena ubicación (cerca de San Sebastián), zona de aparcamiento cercano, la cafetería que hay en frente, baño privado.
La limpieza (escasa), la climatización (demasiado calor), el ruido (paredes de Pladur, cero insonorización).

Personale cordiale, check-in anticipato alle 15 senza problemi
Ci hanno dato una camera da 3 piccola e parzialmente seminterrata: la porta sbatteva nel letto e non si poteva aprire completamente. Umidità altissima, aspiratore del bagno non aveva effetto: ogni doccia trasformava la stanza in una sauna e il vapore non trovava via d'uscita, specialmente con la finestra minuscola apribile solo a ribalta. L'unico rimedio era un ventilatore rumoroso: dormire o respirare, a scelta. Sistemazione da ostello di bassa categoria a 250 € a notte: semana grande o no, ci siamo sentiti i polli da spennare e cuocere in umido
