Really clean rooms, view of a nature reserve from the room, air conditioning, nice selection of social activities, nice breakfast and dinner
Only part that's not so great is proximity to a very noisy other hotel and proximity to a canal that smells

The building is a bit out dated but they are renovating inside
The bar staff - was over worked for that reason they were tired and not pleasent sometimes

The location is perfect if you want to be near the beach!
The rooms were very small.
The worst part for me was the beds!! They was so uncomfortable it felt like I was laying on springs, they moved and creaked when moving in bed.
The balcony of my room over looked the swimming pool of the hotel over the road. At night time the entertainment coming from the other hotel was so loud and I could hear it clearly in the room!
The swimming pool was also very small!
