- Although the hotel is relatively large, it successfully maintains an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.
- The restaurant staff, pool bar team, and housekeeping personnel were consistently courteous, attentive and professional. In comparison, the reception staff appeared somewhat more reserved in their interactions.
- The standard of cleanliness exceeded expectations. The hotel was impeccably maintained throughout, with all areas consistently spotless.
- The location is excellent, situated away from busy streets while remaining just a five-minute walk from the beach.
- The quality and variety of food offered under the all-inclusive package were outstanding, with themed dinner evenings providing additional variety and interest.
- The evening entertainment programe was enjoyable and well-organised, offering a good level of entertainment throughout our stay.
Overall, there was very little to fault about the hotel. While some of the furniture could benefit from refurbishment or replacement, these are relatively minor issues and did not detract from our overall positive impression or enjoyment of the stay.

We enjoyed our stay at BG Rei del Mediterrani.
Room was clean and spacious enough, pool area had lots of sun beds and the lounge bar was cozy and stylish.
Hotel is very quiet during the days in the end of March because almost all guests are bikers and they are riding bikes the most of the time of the day.
All inclusive -menu is really good and includes for example few different wine options (not just a house wine by the glass). Drinks that are not included in all inclusive are -50 % for all inc. guests (for example cocktails approx. 3,50 e and wine bottles approx 10 e). Very reasonable prices!
Taxi to Alcúdia costs approx. 10-12 euros
The other restaurant was closed for dinner during our stay in the off season.
We also would have expected more from the "show cooking" - now it was basicly same chicken and fish every evening and lunch.
But all in all we had very good customer experince and we enjoyed our holiday!

Staff were friendly and we got a free upgrade to a suite with a hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was amazing
