Bence tam 4 yıldızlı bir otel ne 5 hakediyor ne 3ü tam oldugu gibi şirin hoş yemeklerde güzel iyidi 4 gece icin memnun kaldık sadece biraz daha muzık olabilirdi gündüzleri bir eglence yok

Colazione ottima.
In generale direi tutto bene. Soprattutto la vicinanza dalla spiaggia anche se il numero di ombrellone sdraio risultava inferiore alla domanda degli ospiti.
Piscine belle e ben tenute.
Manutenzione dei bagni.

Personal amabil, mâncare foarte diversificată și foarte bună, piscină curată, plaja era mereu curățată, tobogane ok, se făcea curat zilnic în cameră, autobuz spre Bodrum direct din fața hotelului.

What makes this hotel to stand out is friendly, helpful staff and nice park area. Close location to city is also a great benefit. Water slides, pools and nearby sea encouraged children a lot.
Spa and entertainment staff are the most welcoming and professional.
The room cleaning was dreadful, very dirty floor, bathroom. The sofa bed that was said to be a sleeping place was absolutely uncomfortable, didn't have a protective cover, so that sofa was all in spots.
The pillow was without a pillowcase. At the arrival there happened to be no soap filled in the bathroom, toilet paper etc, the phone wasn't working, although it was not earlier than 14:00. Management settled everything quickly, but this shouldn't happen to guests.
Minor issues: ice cream was not available during the specified by the hotel period of time, it was given out either in the very beginning of the snack time or at the very end.
