The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had asked at the last minute if our room could be changed from a double to a twin. When we checked in this hadn't been done but the staff said if it hadn't been done, it would be done when we returned from having dinner with our family. It was all done when we returned.
At breakfast, my husband was especially impressed with the poached egg machine. :-)
