The room was big, tidy, clean, well equipped. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, bathroom is big and clean. I liked the location, it was not central but close to public transport. The neighbourhood was lovely with nice restaurants around. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was superb too.

location
The bathroom lacked suitable bars or hooks for hanging up towels. This felt like a strange design omission for a hotel.

Very nice room, some welcome sweets, which was great. Great facilities. Breakfast was decent even if nothing extraordinary.
The lift broke down and needed to climb. It was fixed later the same day, but was unfortunate situation.

Location is good for people who frequently visit Lisbon and know where to go . . . The price was right! For new visitors . . .I am not so sure . . . . . . . . .
Very small room . . . supposed to be a two-person room but . . . would have been very uncomfortable if it had been occupied by two persons
