Location excellent when arriving by train as opposite station. Room comfortable and catered for all our needs.
Old fashioned and would benefit from some modernisation. The staff at reception were very poor, slow and didn’t appear to know what they were doing. Check-in procedure very cumbersome and pre stay check-in links didn’t work.

the breakfast was not good : all standard food (orange juice out of a pack for example), backed egg so dried out, dry apple cakes ,dry...
