Las camas cómodas y todo muy limpio

No está mal para pasar alguna noche de pasada, las camas eran nuevas y bastante cómodas, NO TIENE AIRE ACONDICIONADO, aclaro porque la gente se queja de ello y en las especificaciones del hotel no lo pone, pero si tiene calefacción!
Nuestra habitación en concreto no estaba mal pero si que es cierto que tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta del calor… (cosa poco común en la zona) deberían replantearse poner habitaciones con aire acondicionado.
Quizá algo de mimo y atención si le hace falta al sitio…
La cafetería/restaurante estaba cerrado, solo estuvo abierto para el desayuno ( quien lo contratase ) tuvimos que salir a varias calles para poder tomar algo. No tiene ningún tipo de servicio fuera de la habitación ni tan siquiera una máquina con agua o refrescos.

We arrived in the evening after a long bike trip. We had no trouble with the self check-in. The room and bathroom were really clean, and we could fit our bikes in the room as well. In the morning, we met the staff during check-out, which made the overall experience even better.
My positive rating is especially in comparison with the other accommodations we stayed at during our trip from Bilbao to San Sebastián. The quality at Hotel Ibaigune was really high for the price, whereas at some other accommodations, we felt that the rooms had been furnished and prepared with little care, as if they had simply been put together to accommodate tourists and make a profit.
Even though the hotel Ibaigune’s appearance is a bit dated, as someone complains in the reviews, you can feel the quality in a way that you don’t in several newly renovated places.

La cama era muy incómoda. Se notaban los muelles y había varios bultos. Una lástima porque es lo primordial. Aunque esto es muy negativo, hay que decir que por todo lo demás el hotel estaba bastante bien.
