Das Personal ist wirklich ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Vor allem das Personal beim Frühstück, hier ein großes Lob!
Die Lage des Hotels ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und man bekommt über das Hotel 2 Strandliegen und einen Sonnenschirm für nur 10 Euro pro Tag.
Fahrräder kann man sich gratis ausleihen und damit in die Innenstadt von Grado fahren (ca. 10 Minuten).
Der Fernseher im Zimmer verfügt über ein paar deutschsprachige Sender.
Wir fanden auch das Bett sehr bequem! Es hat genau die richtige Härte, nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart. Für uns perfekt!
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist okay, es gibt ein ausreichendes Angebot. Auch der Kaffee ist sehr gut. Allerdings war die tägliche Eierspeise (Rührei) nicht schön anzusehen. Ich habe mir nicht davon genommen.
Sehr schade finde ich jedoch dass sich an der Auswahl der Speisen, egal ob Eier, Würstchen, Wurst, Joghurt, Gemüse, Obst und Süßspeisen innerhalb einer ganzen Woche absolut nichts geändert hat. Es gibt jeden Tag haargenau das gleiche.
Der Strand ist zwar ziemlich nah beim Hotel. Allerdings ist an Schwimmen nicht zu denken, da das Wasser viel zu seicht ist über viele Kilometer weit hinaus und darüber hinaus sind extrem viele Algen im Wasser.

Etwas laute Musik am ersten Tag, danach viel besser, da dann keine mehr gespielt wurde.

The highlight - unfortunately the only one - was the pool area. They even have a jacuzzi, pool for kids, and a regular one.
The room was quite small, the water basin was ridiculously tiny, some interior quite old, partly broken or worn; breakfast was ok but nothing special, quite large selection of food, compared to other locations in Italy I have been to (frequent traveler to Italy here) it was below average.
Staff at the hotel was very friendly, staff during booking not so much: I booked very early, it was confirmed, but then a few weeks before our vacation, they told us they had to change the date of our stay or cancel our reservation. After exchanging some mails, we agreed on a solution, still this was very unprofessional.
