Good location and some of the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the pool itself was lovely
We felt we been allocated the wrong room (it was really small ). It took over two hours of us waiting before we were offered a solution, but it was sorted eventually. There wasn’t always enough sun loungers around the pool. Our room was not cleaned each day which I would expect when paying €300 a night.

Wonderful location, great facilities, though peak summer, so we didn’t use the sauna or jacuzzi. Nice pool area with adequate amount of loungers. Beach/swimming area steps in front of the hotel. Beach towels provided for guests. Breakfast buffet was great ! Knowledgeable and friendly staff .
Rent a non licensed boat from Maksy, and enjoy the day/half-day on the water exploring the nearby coves and/or restaurant at Foradada.
Rent an e-bike from Tramuntana Tours, and complete the GOAT bike ride (~40km) Port de Soller to Sa Calobra; take the ferry back!
Dinner buffet had a lot to choose from, but the flavor/taste could be better. Tons of restaurants on the promenade, so this is a non-issue.

Location!!
We were told we could fill our water bottles up on day 1, staff at the cafe did that twice that day. The next day we were told we could not have our bottles filled up without getting charged. Providing drinking water seems like a basic necessity.
