Price.
Check-in was advertised at between four and seven I think. We were on time but we were left waiting for an hour and a half as we other guests. No apology made. The room was dirty and the bathroom was damp and nothing would dry in there. The beds were really squeaky and upon inspection one of the legs was loose. However, it was very very cheap and perfectly placed for the beach and to explore the Normandy beaches which was the reason I was there. So although I’ve criticised it cleanliness and facilities, I didn’t really expect anything more bearing in mind the price I paid.
