The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. It had a lovely, homely atmosphere and the location was perfect, right in the centre of Ollantaytambo, so we could walk everywhere.
The mattress was a bit too firm for us, although we got used to it after a couple of nights. The bedding itself was really comfortable and warm.

The owner is very nice and looks after guests very well. Our room had a view of the ruins. The airport transfer arranged through the lodge was convenient and reliable. They prepared a nice packed breakfast for us on the day we went to Machu Picchu.
The infrastructure in the lodge has some issues. There are leaks through the roof in the corridor and wet walls covered by rugs. The hot water in the shower was unreliable and the bathroom smelled of sewage.

Very friendly staff, Cozy rooms with very good blankets to keep you warm at night. Close to all the restaurants. Owner even gave us ride to train station in morning. Good breakfast. Best part was very cute cat Missy, my daughters had lot of fun playing with missy.
Definitely recommend this place.
