We loved Ollantaytambo!! Also this wonderful guesthouse. Beautiful clean spacious room, staff, breakfast. We were a family of 4 and booked 2 rooms. We had a great night sleep and a wonderful hot shower with great pressure. Only 2 minutes from the square. Loved everything!

At first arriving I was impressed with the room as it is nicely decorated and super clean and everything looks new. The staff, and especially Marcelo was very kind and helpful with some issues that came up, so I really appreciated his assistance. They were kind enough to hold my luggage while I visited Machupicchu.
The bed was very firm and uncomfortable and sheets were pilled up so very scratchy on the skin. They did change the sheets when asked but comfort did not change. With such a nice looking room it would really improve comfort if sheets were of better quality and mattress not so firm. Also very surprising was no wash or hand towels or shower mat and they provide only one roll of toilet paper. No cups or welcome bottle of water on arrival. You have to ask for things that are basic at pretty much every other hotel. They do not provide “Do Not Disturb” signs and twice my door was opened while I was still sleeping. This can be easily fixed by providing the signs. I only stayed longer than intended because I was not feeling well.
