The pool and the breakfast are amazing. The staff is very helpful. The hotel was close to the venue we were attending an event at and that is why we chose it.
This was our third time staying in the hotel and the worst room out of three. It felt very very humid the whole time, the bathroom was smaller and without the nice walk-in shower we had the last two times, which was not reflected by a lower price of the room. One bedside table was missing and I never got it despite asking for it.

This hotel is definitely not a four‑star property.
The facilities are just average.
You’re required to pay €9 per person per night as BCN taxes. This should be included in the price and clearly communicated in advance.
Your personal data is sent to the Mossos d’Esquadra due to a new regulation. Again, this should be explained beforehand and properly communicated.
The cleaning staff wake you up early every morning asking if you want the room cleaned… completely unacceptable.
They don’t change towels unless you specifically request it, which is very annoying.
The swimming pool is tiny. Please remove the picture from the advert — the reality is disappointing.
The shower has an old tap that needs to be replaced or at least thoroughly cleaned to remove the lime buildup.
