Beautiful hotel all staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was a highlight and delighted our 10yr old. The breakfasts had everything you could want, housekeeping were brilliant and a special mention to Alfredo who was super helpful and friendly.
5 minute to nearby metro station and 10 minute walk to beach means you can’t beat location. Will definately recommend ♥️

Nice, friendly, helpful staff. Good standard of the room. Close location to the sea, local restaurants, shops, pharmacy, metro. Delicious various breakfast options each day. Swimming pool at the roof. Scale to check the language weight. Free taxi option from the airport by booking.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool was great to cool down in! The location is a bit out of the main centre but there is a bus stop 2 minutes away and a metro stop 8 minutes away so it was still easy to get around.
Not a negative for us but just a note that we were 3 sharing a room. We only had 1 big suitcase so it didn't feel cramped but if you have more luggage, you might struggle as a three with the space provided.

Good location, easy to get to main areas by a short cab ride
The rooms looked clean initially however our first room had black mould/damp around the window which the third single bed was placed by. The reception staff were kind and offered us a different room, I would recommend checking for own health reasons. The second room was okay however still was not clean for a 4* hotel standard, the bathtub had a ring of dirt/dead skin from when it was last used, we did not feel comfortable to use the shower/had to use sandals in the bathtub when a shower was needed because it didn’t feel clean. Overall ok however not 4*, could be great with improved maintenance
