Excellent, would come back!

I spent 4 nights at Hotel Inca Real with my mother, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The different patios were so beautiful and each adopted a different mood at different times of the day. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom had the necessary amenities, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, the staff was discreet and very helpful. The location is excellent.

The wifi connection was an issue in the room. We could never make phone calls from the room and had to go outside, in the corridor around the patio- this unfortunately was quite uncomfortable. I wish the staff at the counter sometimes had more recommendations to give, like specific restaurants etc.

Very pld but modernized interesting building with many very quiet rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast.

This old building has thick walls so it is quiet but wifi signals can be blocked and spotty with the best place for wifi near the main lobby.

Overall, the staff was very friendly and polite.

The breakfast was excellent.

The mattress was too firm for my liking. The pillows were uncomfortable. The bedding and furniture should be lighter and or updated.

GREAT COMFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY IN CENTRO HISTORICO

The size & comfort of my room #C-3. The value. The daily breakfast. The hotel is classic colonial with a beautiful welcoming courtyard where you dine & take breakfast. The front desk employee Juan assisted me enormously throughout my stay, especially in extending my stay. Matter of fact, the entire staff, including housekeeping & restaurant, were highly attentive & accommodating. I recommend this gem in Cuenca without hesitations.

Good hotel and would stay here again

Great staff, excellent breakfast, beautiful building. Room facilities met all of our needs, though bed was not the comfiest (but not bad either). Good location in the middle of the historical centre, and overall solid value. Would stay here again!

Front gate requires staff member to buzz in (no direct key for guests). This can be a little noisy at night.

wonderfully restored colonial house. go there to live inside a colonial house - but do not expect much shared space or common areas expect the breakfast patio. Great place if you don’t want to spend to much time in your room apart from the food sleep

absolutely wonderful, Inca Real captures the essence of Ecuador

The hot water was not working good, so we take cold water haha but we asked for heating at the reception and that worked for us.

I would stay there again if ever I found myself back in beautiful Cuenca.

I loved everything about the Inca Real. Gracious hard-working staff, delicious individually cooked eggs for breakfast with good coffee and fresh-cut fruit every morning. The place is spotless. On the morning we all left, my extended group departed very early. Staff made our breakfast when they ought to have been sleeping!

Nothing was lacking. I mean, even the weather was fab.

Great location with wonderful staff. Fully secure as front desk must buzz you both in AND out the door to the street. Location is fantastic. Room was simple and clean. Bed was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was nice. Fantastic value.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. It’s location near markets, plazas and cathedrals was a plus.

Great location, very clean, very friendly staff, charming patio, facility is well maintained, good food. I would recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Because the hotel is located near downtown, the hotel has a parking location two blocks away. The parking and the retrieval of the car has to be coordinated with the hotel staff.
