The pub is in a nice and rather quiet neighbourhood, yet close to some sights and museums and the centre. The pub itself is also alright. Most of the staff were really nice. The room was generally okay, and they were flexible with luggage.
We had the double room and you could feel the springs in the mattress... Room can't be aired properly because the window only opens a little and the bathroom smells a bit weird, maybe for that same reason.

Good location, good hamburgers, and the older man and blonde woman at the reception desk, along with the brunette cleaning lady, are very kind.
I was denied entry and my card was blocked abruptly while I was eating. Two men informed me that my payment had not been made on my third day of stay, and I said that it had been paid. They told me to contact the booking customer service because I would not be allowed into the room until they resolved the issue. I felt very disrespected, not to mention the lack of professionalism, because they should have called the booking office to resolve the issue, not me. Anyway, I called, and the booking agent had to walk them through it step by step because it had been paid, but the geniuses couldn't receive the payment.
