The staff was very nice and helpful, the position was great and the breakfast as well.
No vent in the bathroom and not very comfortable as well. The room itself was fine.

The central location by the lake was so lovely and very convenient. The staff went out of their way to help and chat to us, Jenny gave us a map and recommendations on our first day which was fantastic, Tuan was also very helpful. The room was perfect, very clean with everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here.

The price for the location is unbeatable - right on the lake. The staff were very nice and accommodating. They helped me arrange a taxi pickup from the airport. The breakfast has several options.
The bed was very hard. I couldn’t sleep on it at all. As other reviews noted, the bathroom is very small and basically everything gets wet when you shower. It didn’t seem very clean when I arrived as well.
