The grounds were delightful. Lots of good dog walks and things to keep guests of all ages entertained if it was bucketing down with rain.
The bathroom wasn’t very clean. The bath plug hole was blocked with hair and there were dirty glasses and bottles left in the corridor outside our room for several hours. I had to ask a staff member in another part of the hotel to get them cleared as it was a hazard.

Enjoyed everything about our stay
Only thing would have been a lift up to our floor as my partner is a bit unsteady on her feet.

Great bar staff and restaurant staff , very friendly and welcoming . We were there for golf and the course was in excellent condition .
Breakfast was disappointing , waiting too long for hot plates of food to be replenished that we gave up . Reception staff were not able to answer my queries about pricing and overall , not as friendly as could be ( apart from Anne , lovely but unable to provide a solution ) .
Only one plug socket in the room which in this day and age is not enough .
