Such an amazing room. Most beautiful room I have ever stayed in. Our driver was able to pull directly up to the hotel and we had easy walking access to the entire Sassi

The hosts were fantastic and went the extra mile to make us comfortable. The whole Matera experience was brilliant and the accommodation was an extension of the old village experience. Fantastic location. Highly recommend.
Parking can be difficult, but the hosts did their best to help us out with where to park. They advertise free toiletries, but there isn't much in the rooms.

Staff was excellent. Thank you David, for your thoughtful, helpful guidance in helping us to park our rental car, restaurant recommendations, and driving directions.
Breakfast was excellent: nice variety, very good quality.
The view from the outdoor patio was terrific.
Our room was spotless, with everything for a comfortable stay.
