Everything was great from start to finish. Property itself is in perfect location, couple minutes walk from Sassi. Room was very comfortable and service was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. Loved the place.

Good location, stylish, very nice room and clean.
The a/c wasn’t good enough. Took nearly 2hrs to go from 29 degrees in the room to 27 degrees despite being on full cool.

Very closed to city center and all attractions, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Private parking 15€/day. Electric kettle. Assortment of different pillows. Breakfast around the corner in very recommendable "La Latteria".
In our DELUXE DOUBLE ROOM the architects ideas were a real challenge for the function of the room...little closet space, shower and bathroom in the room, but separate. Visible water damage in shower. Here too: few or impractical shelves, such as for towels...sauna descripted but not existing.
