La casa è spaziosa e perfetta per una vacanza di gruppo.
La gestione è completamente decentralizzata a degli assistenti non in loco, quindi bisogna organizzarsi per tempo a chiederli tutte le info prima. Noi ad esempio abbiamo avuto problemi perché non riuscivano ad addebitare la tassa di soggiorno in automatico dalla carta e quindi non ci hanno fatto entrare e salire su fino a che non gli facevo il bonifico. Sinceramente una situazione imbarazzante perché poteva benissimo farci salire e le avrei fatto il bonifico dalla camera al posto di lasciarci al caldo fuori per parecchio tempo perché avevo problemi di linea telefonica.

Location is superb and the apartment is spacious for 6 people, it was great to find an appartment with 3 restrooms to fit a family.
The staff were tight handed with the problems we faced, waiting for the maintenance wasted our time in the trip..
Also the cleanliness of the showers was not good.

Location- near to metro, shopping, restaurants and is in a very safe area. Apartment was kept clean.
Wi- Fi was supposed to be provided. Our unit’s wasn’t working from day 1. We were there for 6 nights and someone was sent on the 4th day after exchange of several messages. The person who came to check couldn’t resolve the issue and said would raise a ticket to the service team. Hope it got resolved. We never got to use it and exhausted our data plans.

Son emplacement , literie confortable, l’ espace . Bien fourni en vaisselle .
Manque de propreté, rideaux décrochés , manque latte au plafond d une des salle de bains , une porte de douche cassée , moisissure sur le mur de l entrée . Usure importante sur les murs et les meubles .

"In the middle of the city center. Good size apartment for 6 of us. 2 rooms have ensuite bathroom and 1 room with separate bathroom, hence convenient for everyone. Each room is good size.
