The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Eser Çağlar, in particular, was exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

The room was spacious. The AC was good in hot weather. There were multiple restaurants around but the location was out of pickup area for most of the day-tour companies. Should not be rated as a 4 star on Booking.com. Should be 3 star. The breakfast had variety. Hotel manager Harun was good.
Many of the staff did not understand english creating a communication barrier. Our room was not cleaned for 3 days even after multiple request.. All facilities were much worse than shown in pictures. Would not recommend or come back. They have a false claim of being rated as 8.4 in booking.com whereas they have a current rating of 7.5. And with their deteriorating service, this will go further down in future.
