Street parking is free and available. The reason for it might be the fact that across the street the local prison is located.
Room and linen were clean.
Location was quiet.
I cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not eat it at the hotel.
We did not realize that the prison was across the street. You can hope that prisoners trying to escape will not run into a house next door but try to get as far as possible as fast as possible. But what does it mean for the safety of your parked car?
The hotel was in an old building. I can very well imagine that you will hear people walking in the room above you if the room is occupied.
I am not sure what the purpose or benefit of this so called „kitchenette“ is supposed to be. At this hotel you have a microwave and a small fridge as well as a small sink. In the US all motels have this equipment and do not call it kitchenette.
The bathroom has an issue with molds through the shower and shower door does not close properly.

The staff was very helpful and the lobby area, courtyard and bar area was nice.
Our first room’s power kept going out. The staff moved us to another family room with no additional cost. Both rooms were very small. The pillow stuff g was very broken up and soft and the walls were very thin. It is also across from a prison and a bit more of a walk from the university than described.
