Very clean, great facilities, huge room.
Sadly, a lot of construction work in the area, which made it a bit more difficult to get to the hotel, but will likely be resolved soon. Of course, not the hotel's fault.

Very nice hotel in general. Exceptionally clean, with a very good breakfast. Housekeeping and restaurant staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming. The hotel was a mere five minute walk from the hospital campus where my husband had a medical appointment so location was very good.
My husband loved the bed, but the mattress was, shall we say VERY FIRM, and I found it uncomfortable. The hotel is also heavily utilized by tour groups which makes breakfast and elevator use a bit of a challenge. While the hotel was perfectly located for our needs, it is not near town center. If you aren't part of a tour group with your own transportation, you may have to use the bus, but thankfully they run frequently, are easy to use, and there is a stop just a few yards from the hotel.

The room was comfortable and it was possible to have dinner there as well. It was difficult finding the hotel because of all the construction going on and the detours. Property was near to a few restaurants and shops and it wasn’t far by car to the University. Parking was behind the hotel and I did find a free parking space. There is also paid parking under the hotel and in a parking garage next door on the road behind the hotel.
Of all the places we stayed this is one of the hotel chains and as such it is different from a smaller boutique hotel in that I felt the difference. It’s not a negative just an observation.
