Praktisches Telefon-Check-in. Gute Lage - zu Fuss nach Konstanz - Parking. Zimmer zweckmäßig.
Das Zimmer roch schlecht und der Fussboden war nicht so wirklich sauber. Sonst alles ok.

Nice and spacious, good amenities
The communication was not timely. We tried to reach the property via Booking messanger to ask about parking before check-in and got a reply the day we were checking out. Better to text on the phone number via WhatsApp.

Location and apartment were very nice.
The checking in process. Couldn't get help when needed it...tried 2 times and local cousin helped on the third attempt. Link to pre check in form didn't work, the TV volume was either 25 or mute. It was too loud to watch we used cc and put it on mute. Needed kleenex and more towels. The check out process was ok. Didn't get any kind of follow-up message.

I had an issue which I explain below in the ‘What don’t you like about the property’ section. The cleaning lady fixed the issue for the last night of our stay. SHE was prompt and very helpful.
I had an issue that I contacted the property about through booking.com messages. I received NO response to three separate messages. The rating I give is low due to the lack of communication and how it affected my stay. I have booked this property three times this year. I question - will I return??
