Location & breakfast!
Maintenance of hotel where room was positioned.Noise in morning. Housekeeping... Overall did not represent value for money.

Beautiful location. The lake is gorgeous especially when going to the spa and the outdoor hot tub. Felt very calm. The bedroom is very peaceful. We were given a lovely upgrade to have a lake view and the room was very spacious. Excellent cleaning, completely spotless! Also had lunch and had family come by with our dog who absolutely loved the grounds, lovely flowers and a good promenade with little boats and fishing experiences. The lounge for coffee and scones is very nice. It’s a very calm and peaceful place to be in Fermanagh. For the breakfast, the croissants are very nice!
Some staff were kinder/better trained in hospitality than others but mostly everyone was friendly and welcoming.

Location and setting was lovely, convenient for going into Enniskillen.
Overall ambiance didn’t have a great feel. Receptionist was very good and helpful, thought staff in breakfast room required some customer care skills and the breakfast was not of a good quality, definitely didn’t demonstrate local NI produce.
Positive, bed was comfy and slept well.
