It was immaculate, lots of amenities, lovely breakfast, quiet location, ample parking and John and Ruth were very accommodating and knowledgeable of the area. John even gave my husband a lift to collect his car from a venue and he was very kind and considerate to our toddler even providing pencils and colouring books in the room.

Breakfast was very tasty with a great choice setting us up well for the rest of the day. John was very knowledgeable about local restaurants and his recommendations were spot on.
No complaints about anything during our stay.

It had good parking and clean and tidy
On arrival we were offered a ground floor room as they had a cancellation.
The Room was very cold as was the dining room next morning.
I woke up in the night to go to the toilet and had to put the electric blanket on Again as the room was really cold, even in the morning when the heating came on it was just Luke warm.
Breakfast in the morning was a bit poor.
Orange juice was diluted orange juice,
The cereal was very limited and so we had none.
The cooked breakfast looked under cooked but tasted fine.
They did go out of the way to get my wife mushrooms
