The kitchen All facilities are available even the soap for the dishwasher We came early at 10 am and they accepted us without extra payment

No cleaning service every day Only on Friday we came in Sunday and had to wait 5 days to o clean

Perfect location, near city centre , the apartment was very clean , private parking, everything was perfect. I will definitely come back in Manchester and I will book this apartment.

Superb

The location is good. The customer service is very responsive. Electric appliances are function well, just some damage at furniture. Although the price is high, overall is nice.

Booked for 21 nights, left after 4, completely unsuitable for any sort of long stays.

Not much to be honest says Dream House apartments but the building looks half derelict.

So upon booking this apartment we spoke to a lady and told her our situation, our house had just sold we’re waiting for our new one to be finished and needed somewhere to stay for 3 weeks possibly longer, we needed somewhere we could live comfortable for 3 weeks and with a good internet speed so I can work from home. The lady assured us the apartments had new internet installed, very comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 double beds. Upon arriving the apartment was mostly clean, we did find a face mask stuffed down the back of the sofa cushions but we could live with that. Later that night we also found that the double beds were actually single beds pushed together which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep(so imagine staying in them for 3 weeks). Also as we have a pet dog we asked for a room with a balcony only to be told that the apartments are all booked with long stays and non were available for us with a balcony, we booked the room thinking it came with a balcony due to the pictures. After a hard nights sleep due to the noise outside which is also very loud due to being close to a couple of pubs we was still optimistic about our stay despite the few issues we had already noticed, me and my girlfriend both tried to have a shower and had to have cold showers for the first 3 nights we stayed which was very unpleasant also in both bathrooms there was a horrible sewer smell which made us want to spend as little time in the bathrooms as possible as the smell was awful.

We’re experience a sewer smell in the main room. We couldn’t use the room and its bathroom because of the smell. We used perfume and opened the window to get rid of this bad smell but it returns back once we close the window.

Amazing apartment

Staff, location, near to lot of glossaries & restaurants (including Halal). Near to many stations (bus Tram Train) & to the city center as well. & also there is a Park.

poorest CS I won’t come again

location is rewarding.

The poorest CS I ever experienced, the message box take days to reply, the hotline is always in vein and hang up no matter weekday or weekend. Never send you message about check in and check out or any keynotes only when u ask. And you are being told, you should read the guideline in the folder somewhere in the apartment until check out (3 weeks longs staycation) which there is no important message send beforehand. Excepted the POOREST CS, everything is satisfied.

Superb

The location is EXCELLENT!! The train station and the bus station are one signal away. The city centre was 10 min away. Tesco is nearby as well. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything i needed.Had a wonderful stay. Absolutely RECOMMENDED!

I was kept for a while till i was given the numbers which i should insert in the box, from which i should get the key to the apartment, Had few questions which i sent via email before i arrived and i didnt get a respond to them.But eventually it was all sorted out.

Really convenient location. Would definitely stay again and recommend

Location and free parking, lots of space, balcony, good facilities Once contacted, hosts and maintenance were quick to respond and sorted everything out

Poor WIFI on day one but this is being upgraded Several light bulbs out Locks on the balconies were difficult to lock Couldn't get hold of anyone regarding parking arrangements due to Bank Holiday resulted in parking on the road and not in the garage for one night
