Sehr sauber und schöne Aussicht. Frühstück für Leute mit Zöliakie nicht zu empfehlen.

Es war extrem sauber und die Lage trotz Nähe zur Hauptstraße ruhig. Wir hatten tatsächlich vom Zimmer aus einen freien Blick aufs Jungfrau Joch. Es gab eine gute Pizzeria gleich nebenan wo wir problemlos eine glutenfreie Pizza bestellen konnten.

Das sehr gute Frühstück fanden wir enttäuschend. Wir hatten im Vorfeld angekündigt, dass unsere Tochter Zöliakie hat und sich glutenfrei ernähren muss. Man hat ihr ein total trockenes glutenfreies Brötchen gegeben, das man kaum essen konnte. Man konnte ihr kein gekochtes Ei machen. Es gab kalte gekochte Eier aber die waren gefärbt und deshalb möglicherweise nicht glutenfrei. Es gab keine abgepackten Sachen wie Nutella, Marmelade oder Honig. Die Sachen vom Buffet hat sie sich wegen der möglichen Kontaminationsgefahr nicht getraut zu essen, da andere Hotelgäste da mit Brot hantiert haben. Uns wurde für den nächsten Tag eine Verbesserung angekündigt. Die Mitarbeiterin am Buffet war unheimlich freundlich und hatte sich auch erkundigt, ob noch etwas anderes möglich sei, aber leider ging dies nicht. Dann hat man uns an der Rezeption noch falsche Abfahrtzeiten für den Zug nach Interlaken gesagt. Wir sind zum Bahnhof gerannt und dann stellte sich heraus, dass der Zug bereits weg war. Wir hatten Glück und 14 Minuten später kam noch ein Zug nach Interlaken. Die Zimmer waren doch recht hellhörig, aber die anderen Gäste sind dann auch früh ins Bett und nachts war es ruhig.

Superb

The balcony faces the junfrau. On a clear is absolutely stunning. Staff very helpful. We left our sling bag and staff promptly informed us . Highly recommend

I’ve never seen before more friendly and humble the staff reception Meggie 🥰 So kind of her luggage service. She makes my trip comfortable and even touchful. I never thanks her a lot enough. Breakfast was so good for me enough. I will book this hotel if come to interaken again! Sincerely thanks

It was indeed a pleasant stay in alpine inn. Perfect place to be if you are visiting interlaken.

Amazing location, and clean rooms with exceptional views

This hotel was an absolute gem. It's in a very quiet area but it is a great location if you are exploring the Interlaken and Jungfrau area. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The views on both sides of the hotel are exceptional, especially if you are staying on the second floor. The second floor also has a balcony with patio furniture to sit and enjoy the view. We were renting a car for our trip so having free parking was great. There is a lot of parking behind the hotel and it's easy to locate. The train station is about a 10 minute walk, but we were driving mostly. The hotel is also surrounded by nice pathways and walkways to explore the town of Wilderswil and get a glimpse of Swiss village life.

The heating system is a bit old, we didn't have any major issues but sometimes the room would get too cold or too hot. Not a big issue at all.

good place to hv quality time

the view was spectacular and cleanliness of room . staff v attentive and responded in timely manner

beds were v soft , no headboard and shower was stuck half way not high enough .

Beautiful location for relaxing.

The location of this hotel is superb. it overlooks Jungfrau and sitting out on the balcony with a drink at night was magical. Breakfast was good with a decent choose. Very short walk to train station and close to local supermarket.

Self check in was a nightmare. We had to walk over to main hotel 5 minutes walk where I was told there wasn’t enough funds on my credit card even though there was more then enough. Looks like. motel which might put some people off but it shouldn’t as the views make up for it.

Disappointing

location is good room size is good you get free car parking as well very near to your room

NO fridge in the room No microwave facility on site so if you are traveling with kid its a struggle beds are not comfy as well

Nice view

Nice view. Nice balcony. Nice garden seating. Free parking. Close to wilderswil railway station. Nice restaurant across the road - Luna restaurant. Close to interlaken ost station.

No elevator. Self-checkin as no staff on hand. Supermarket is at 10-15 mins walk. Everything closes early as its out of the city. Basic breakfast options and not much options for vegetarians.

Superb

The room was spacious and clean in a quiet town not far from Interlacken. The view was nice but because of the weather the snowcap was hided by clouds which was a pity.

Well located hotel and with a stunning view

The hotel was is well located for who wants to visit cities as Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. It has a balcony with a very good view for the mountains. The staff was very helpful.

Very good

Comfortable rooms with nice small balcony. Big car parking. Not far from Interlaken and other places to visit by car or not far from the train station.

In the hotel these days (or always?) There is no restaurant so for breakfast or dinner you need to go to he Jungfrau hotel. It was not explained while booking the room.

Little gem for a family stay

This was a little gem my wife discovered for our family trip. Located in a wonderful natural setting and offering great views, it allowed the kids to discover nature, great food (both dinner and breakfast) and appreciate the Swiss gardens around.

Quiet relaxing getaway

Super clean and comfortable room, lovely village area, parking right infront of the room, restaurant has nice food. Enjoyed the stay very much!

The beds were light and they move easily separating the double bed into 2 single beds. But not a big issue :)

Great value for money

The view when you open the curtain of thw window is exceptional. The bed was super comfy and the baby crib also a very good quality. The hot water runs well. They also provide a fan for the summer, and electric kettle in the room.
