Breakfast was excellent. Location also excellent.
The shower was not great. The hose and spray holder was not up to the job so had to hold the shower head. The sink in the shower needs unblocking as the water took a while to drain away

The location by the harbour and esplanade, and the tranquility (very quiet).
The breakfast. The hot food wasn’t too bad (and the lady making it was lovely) but the cereals, pancakes and juices were of cheap quality and not very appealing.

Great location.
Handy ground floor, slight sea view
Staff were pleasant and accommodating.
Beds were really comfy.
Overall not bad value for money
Told I could not have 2 single beds (as it advertised in their website) so they set up the sofa and chair in the living room. No one would be able to sleep on these! Matresses practically bare springs!
Then found out the double bed was in fact zipped in the middle, so there were two singles after all! once we seperated the beds they were very comfortable. but we now had no chairs in the living room, cos theyd taken the seating pads away!
Very strange layout! Kitchen through the bedroom! (not stated) Bathroom in the wardrobe! (have to go through bedroom for both these things, which awkward for both parties if one of you is actually sleeping in the living room)
Shabby decor, empty hooks all over the walls, pictures missing.
TV enormous and sofa/bed set far too close to it, had to push back to the wall.
Dreadful dim lighting throughout! We need good bright light when getting ready to go out, and the mirror in wrong place on living room wall behind chair when it is needed in the bedroom!
Soaked by the vertical shower spray, (whilst trying to keep my hair dry from the overhead one!) needs instructions as to which of the 5 controls is which!
key box, was challenging trying to get it to lock back up again.
Kitchen, kettle broken, the on/off switch was loose, and hanging out, had to play around with it to get it to switch on. Safety issue.
Breakfast 8.30-9.30 only, and even then 15 mins late opening! only one person serving. No plain cereals.. (corn flakes) only sugary ones.
Terrace!!!???? really cannot advertise this property as having a terrace! It is a very shabby, uninviting back yard with dirty walls and pipes and no proper seating!

Room was a good size with a view.
Somewhat cold and the radiator was not working.
Poor ingredients were used
