Great location and super friendly staff
We stayed in room 119 booked last min. The sea view was amazing.The room was clean but did smell of stale nicotine which was a shame because the room itself was spotless.

The location and the superior family room we stayed in.
Breakfast was fine but I'd have preferred a buffet option. Parking wasn't great.

didnt have the full english which we ordered as was told the wrong time to come down for breakfast & was told we was too late by 10mins. Our table was set up with the cereals etc so why not let us know!! They cooked a quick bacon sandwich for us but obviously not what we had paid for. There was no times on the breakfast menu & i did ask at reception what time we had to come for breakfast & was told 9-915am! Our room looked very tired ie carpets, hole in the ceiling & bathroom.
The ballroom looked lovely & downstairs all looked fine. Upstairs is very tired, not in up keeping with the downstairs The location was too far to go to the Pavillion to see the show so had to order a taxi. Would liked to have had a more personal touch as was not told anything or got in conversation with the staff as they was so busy. Need more arrows on the walls upstairs as it is like a tardis to strangers.
