Convenient location to beach & bus stop.
Charming host & good breakfast.
Impossible to slam doors when leaving the room, which is one of my pet hates.
Car parking would be limited when hotel is full.
Busy road outside, but single glazed.

Location was great and there was parking. Hostess was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was perfect. Young girl who served breakfast very friendly.
Definitely needs updating, decor and flooring worn, bedding old and seen better days. I can only comment on the two rooms we booked.
