Had a sea view.Fabulous.Room was small but view made up for it.Very clean

Our host Mark was wonderful and absolutely always willing to help. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with cerals, fruit, yoghurt and full cooked options. The water views were excellent. Accessible to local attractions.
Parking was a nightmare with no on site or allocated spaces and active parking inspectors. The attic bedroom was on the fourth floor with narrow stairs to access it. The room itself was large, but the bed very small. The bathroom also had ample space, but the uncomfortable, small quadrant corner shower unit was awkward. Water views were excellent, but came with all the noise of groups of people on the beach and promenade at night, motor bikes, sirens and the screeching gulls nesting on the window ledges (none of which would be any different at any of the other B&Bs with water views.) Our error - we should have chosen a quieter location for our tastes.
