Beautiful location and very comfortable room. 5⭐

Check in process was super easy and the room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Incredible location and they made it super easy to find by sending a message beforehand to notify us we needed to check in at another hotel roughly 1 minute from this hotel. They had a mini bar with some incredibly well priced items in there in comparison to usualini bars.

Honestly, no complaints. Can't fault anything with the accommodation.

Modern cozy rooms

Loved everything about the property, in the middle of the city, close to a lot of good eating facilities and important places to visit, very clean and comfortable, very nicely decorated and the staff was very friendly, helped us with everything we needed! Highly recommend!

Great stay

The location is excellent! Right in the old town center, you can get everywhere in max 5 min walking. The room was clean, warm (we were there in January), with a comfortable huge bed, wireless charger and a very picturesque 😊 view! Although it's in a historical building, everything in the room is very modern.

The previous guests who logout the room's free Netflix account to login with their own account, logout at checkout but left the tv without Netflix access. I had to call the reception and although it was 1st of January, they called the IT guy and managed in short time to send me the Netflix account details. Thank you! And for the future guests, please don't do that! (you logout but your email address remains visible on the tv screen 😜) Even you don't have your Netflix list, there is a search button. The IT guy cannot be on call 24/7. For the owners, it would be nice to have the option for a double duvet, not only single ones, especially if you are sleeping with a child in the same bed. Or have a separate single duvet also for the child (i mentioned in the booking the child).

A boutique hotel surprise in a historic building in Sibiu

In the middle of the center of Sibiu, a boutique hotel. We passed it walking to times while searching for it. It was located in a historic building like a hidden gemstone. Excellent (renovated) rooms in a contemporary style. Luxury, spacious with all the needed facilities. Welcomed by a most friendly and helpful receptionist. A very much recommendation and for us indeed the place to be when revisiting Sibiu.

The room was bigger and it has great features.

The breakfast was a fiasco at a location near the hotel. We couldn't get anything until around 10am. I do not reccomend the breakfast option as it will just substract from what you order the amount you paid at the hotel.

Great location - really central. Close to but not right in the middle of Piata Mare. Lovely cafes close by. Very nice touches in the room - e.g. bluetooth speaker on wall, wireless charging and USB ports on each side of bed. Excellent lighting in room and bathroom.

Great if you have no car to park as there is no luggage drop off in front of or near hotel.

I had Superior Double Room with King Size bed. Ultra modern decor in older building. It is centrally located in upper town BUT (10-2021) recent old town street closures mean that you can no longer access the hotel by car. You must park in the lower town, assuming you find a space and pay for parking 10 Lei/day in a automatic machine (cash or credit card). Then you must climb 65 steps to the upper town, and find a check-in person at Casa Luxemburg located 100 meters away from your hotel room building. I only found the Casa by showing several people the address before I could find the check-in office. NOTE parking spaces are often full in midday on weekends. Not easy to maneuver around a bunch of one way streets!

No longer accessible by car, street closed to traffic in upper town. Try to find parking in the lower town and then haul your luggage up 65 steps and hope you find the checkin office at Casa Luxemburg.
