Disappointed..

Breakfast was ok

We booked double bed room but they gave us very small room and you never see this room photo in booking web site.. totally disappointed with this price , plus my friend took shower then I wanted to take shower after 5 minute with shampoo hot water gone , reception says it’s normal because tank has no hot water left need to wait 30min , unbelievable! I waited with towel I catched cold and all my holiday destroyed because of cold , 4star hotel supposed to have double water tank I assume .. it’s not 20 eur per night Hotel !! I will not recommend this hotel ever , I would stay more convenient hotel and cheaper

Yolları biraz dar, araba park sorunu yaşayabilirsin ama sorunu çözmek için perast giriş yada çıkışta bırakabilirsiniz ve harika bir sahil yürüyüşü yapabilirsiniz.

Das Zimmer hatte keine Aussicht. Das Badezimmer hat einen grossen Spa welcher ist nicht sehr nutzbar. Die Terrasse ist nicht sehr sauber.

Exceptional

Pool was nice and quiet. Hotel restaurant was amazing - good food and lovely view. But the best was the staff. So nice and helpful all the way! I would recommend to contact the hotel and order transportation from the airport and to the hotel. Was very convenient.

A great stay in Perast!

*Room - Great decoration and fittings. *Location - On sea front and close to restaurants *The view - Seaview was lovely *Staff - Pleasant and helpful at reception and the staff who helped us to and from the car were lovely and helpful!

*The only small problem was some deliveries made close our room at 5am but I don’t think this was in the hotels control.

The breakfast was goods

there was 50 stairs with no elevators. It was chalanging. The rooms are too small for 2 pairs There was no lights around the stairs

The room was beautiful and the location was superb !

Exceptional

The staff was very professional and friendly. They took the time to answer all of our questions - on Perast but also on Montenegro in general. They were very helpful and always smiling. The breakfast and restaurant are really worth it and the view from the terrasse is breathtaking. Rooms were large and clean.

There was quite a lot of noise from the streets but there was a wedding in the vicinity the night we stayed, so that was understandable.

Exceptional

We went to celebrate our wedding and the staff helped us a lot to reorganize everything due to the rain. The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was amazing! The staff was always gladly available to any need. On top of that, the Perast area caters the most beautiful views.

A great place to stay in Perast!

Fantastic breakfast overlooking the bay. Very helpful, friendly staff. Our room had the most wonderful sea view and we were very grateful for the air conditioning! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Our room was a little on the small side, but not really a problem. It is quite a walk to the pool - again not a problem. The pool is small and could get a little crowded as it was so hot when we were there.

Perast is beautiful, this hotel needs to improve it communications

Perast is staggeringly beautiful, some of the staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is let down by poor communication. If you are driving, the hotel tells you to park in one of two car parks as the town is closed to trafic during high season. If one car park is full, they tell you to park in the other. In high season both car parks are full. We asked repeatedly when the car parks tend to empty, with no response. Whoever is manning the hotels WhatsApp account is letting the side down. For us it meant driving around for several hours, making trips back to the car park to see if a space had become available. At 7:30pm we finally found a space. There were several other instances of poor communication - no fishing rod for fishing boat trip, repeated loud knocking on the door which woke up our baby, some generally surly behaviour from staff. Ironically, the hotel staff try and get you to download their app, which apparently enables you to communicate with reception. Food in the restaurant is ordinary. Just a very annoying experience in many many ways.

Luxury accommodations, very friendly staff, nestled in a quiet area!

I was in the annex which was perfect as I prefer a bit of privacy, and my room was off the main road. Super clean, comfortable, and my only disappointment was that I had to check out early and I missed the complimentary breakfast!

Amazing location

Amazing location, the staff are all very friendly. For breakfast there was a large choice and it can be enjoyed on the waterfront, which is very nice. Very good size room, comfortable and modern, fast wifi.

We were in a separate building to the hotel, so didn't really feel like we were staying there. The pool area was confusing to get to and when we got there, no towels were given to us.

The staff were the thing that made this hotel exceed expectations. The room was great, restaurant was lovely, location is beautiful and the staff went out of their way to help clients

We stayed in the main building which was great as convenient for breakfast in the morning, for use of the reception as well as being in the centre of Perast. Ed on reception was amazing, always ready to help and was just brilliant. All of the staff we felt with were great. The restaurant had wonderful food, the staff were also very attentive. If you stay at the hotel and book the restaurant in advance they will prioritise you. We sat on the waterfront every night which was stunning!

Being in the central building was great, as mentioned above however a few areas to consider would be the stairs, if not able to climb stairs very well best to explain this prior and on the Saturday there was a wedding which did mean very loud music till midnight but it did stop dead on midnight so we didn’t have to worry about it going on into the night.

Would definitly stay at this hotel again

Fantastic restaurant serving fresh seafood, lots of choice from the buffet for breakfast. Perast is a beautiful town and the accommodation was housed in a lovely old building. Parking was well organised as cars are not permitted in the centre in high season.

Would have liked more information about facilities at the hotel and about the area.

the rooms are scattered around the old town not in one single property which makes it very cool and dynamic as every location is very well connected through golf karts that you can book

l would have loved a proper sea view which in my case wasn’t available

Brilliant hospitality. Luxury stay. Restaurant with great food and view!

The staff were very warm, helpful and friendly. The view from our room was amazing!

Well we needed the exercise so we didn’t mind! but the room we got maybe an inconvenience for some as it could be reached after climbing 101 steps.

Outstanding!!!

We loved everything about this hotel. We stayed in an apartment a few metres from the main hotel. It was exclusive but not too far. The staff were superb, breakfast and dinner excellent and we loved the hot tub. Highly recommended and we will definitely return!

Perfect visit/stay in Perast!

Gorgeous location with spectacular views of the Bay of Kotor and nearby islands. Dining near the water during breakfast was among our favorite experiences. Our room faced the water. It was well appointed and very comfortable. I had some concerns about parking on the outskirts of time but it couldn’t have been easier. The hotel has a golf cart that they used to transport us. The service was spectacular! Overall Perast was one of our favorite destinations and our stay at Conte an overall beautiful highlight of our trip. Thank you!
