Lovely situation but avoid the attic room in summer.

Beautiful building in a beautiful location. Good restaurant.

Our attic room would be excellent in Spring or Autumn with good views. In summer (July) it was terrible. It was VERY hot and the AC unit was useless. Sleep was impossible. A fan would have helped and should be supplied or even better repair the AC. On another separate issue the black mould in the shower is unhealthy and disgusting and seems to have been there for some time

Good choice for staying in Perast

Nice location, lovely view from the windows, big bed, spacious bathroom, restaurant practically on the water

Would be nice to have more breakfast options. Overall, the food in the restaurant is okay but not brilliant.

Amazing location in a beautiful building. The room was spacious with a view overlooking the Bay. Milena was very friendly and always happy to assist. Highly recommend, wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Perast keeper!

Extraordinary hospitality in the spectacular setting of Perast made for a fabulous stay at the Hotel Admiral. From arrival to departure we enjoyed the benefit of truly warm, personal, and super attentive service -- including unsurpassed breakfast feasts on the hotel's stunning ocean-side terrace. Highest of recommendations as an entrancing, accessible holiday experience.

Everythink was perfect. Staff and, owners were wery kind, and they were there for us what ever we needed. Food was exelent.

All was good at Hotel Admiral.

Staff managed to squeeze us in to a parking space close to the hotel as it was late when we arrived. we just ate and went for a quick walk along the waterfront before going to bed. WiFi was good and view from window also stunning.

All was fine but the food was quite pricey.

Exceptional

A lovely boutique hotel in the heart of the delightful village of Perast.This small chacter hotel has a first class restaurant right on the waters edge and our waiter,who has been working in the hotel for 47 years was excellent.Must also mention Marrianna on reception who was super efficient and friendly.

Would be difficult to dislike anything about The Adrimal or Perast in general.

A great gem away from the bustle of Kotor

The staff is very excellent! They had a problem with our room so they put us in a three-bedroom house right next to the hotel. Great location and perfect amenities. Restaurant food was very tasty with a very nice waiter. English spoken well here. They even parked our car for is on the narrow road. Most beautiful place. Stay here!

Great location directly at the beautiful Bay of Kotor in the lovely Perast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice little family run hotel. Cafe and restaurant with terrace overlooking the bay. Room was spacious on the top floor.

For taller people the ceiling of the bathroom was quite low.

Fantastic hotel in stunning location.

The Hotel was beautiful and in a stunning location. Our room was large and had everything we needed including two air cons (one in the bedroom and one in the living area). The staff were incredible - so friendly and helpful from the second we arrived to the moment we left. They helped carry our luggage to the room and gave us a lift out to the main road to meet our taxi (that they had arranged for us). They made us feel very welcome and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay with them. Breakfast was good and you can eat right on the water which was a big bonus. I would love to return to this hotel in the future.

If you are staying at the top of the hotel be aware there are sloped ceilings and watch your head!

beautiful location and lovely restaurant! the balcony is gorgeous and overlooks Perast.

There were no loungers for guests to use or any facilities which would have made our stay extra special.

Beautiful vacation

View from the balcony was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The town it self is very beautiful and althought there are a lot of restaurants in the main street, it is very peaceful and quite at night.

Except a little bit of mold in the corners of the bathtub, everything was perfect

The location is picturesque, the rooms are small and cute and the balcony rooms have a gorgeous view of the bay. The owner was very friendly and was absolutely accommodating. She also organized a boat trip for us. You could choose between different breakfast and we were absolutely pleased with the quality.

Note that (paid) parking is outside of Perast only, but that was communicated in advance. In the restaurant Admiral the waiters could pay a little more attention to whether the guest's drinks are empty or full. We had pasta, which was okay, but not a masterpiece.

Great location overlooking the Bay. Helpful staff. Restaurant is a pleasant place on the bay, where we enjoyed our free breakfast each morning.

Room was on the small side although the balcony made is a nice space to hang out in.

So comfortable peaceful and restful stay

we booked the room with the balcony on the front of the hotel and I honestly think we had the best room in the whole resort. The Heritage just down the road may be the most prestigious but I didn’t see anything there like ours. absolutely fantastic view and location and Melina and her staff were fantastic hosts

Nothing much to say here. there were one or two petty minor things not worth mentioning because I’m not a perfectionist

Lovely place

Nice little hotel in Perast; you walk out and can swim right at the promenade. The little town is magic in the evening and at night. So really looking forward to staying there again.

Great location and friendly staff!

The staff very friendly. The location is amazing, right at he waterfront, overlooking the bay of Kotor. The rooms were very clean.

Beds were not that comfy. The breakfast was a bit underwhealming, I missed some fruit or cereal options. The shampoos in the hotel were not great so definitely bring your own!

From the moment we arrived we have a very warm welcome. Nothing was to much trouble. Staff where well turned out and always happy to greet us. Room was very good and clean. We will go back and will tell our friends
