From booking to check out the team were fantastic.
They answered all my questions quickly and easily before we even checked in.
When we had a health emergency and needed to check in earlier, they found room for us and helped us get the medical help we needed.
The whole property is lovely. It is well kept and very clean throughout. The spa and pool are fantastic.
The location in Tivat is fantastic, close to everything within walking distance. And having their own boat and car made going for longer journeys even easier.
Breakfast was varied and delicious with fresh cooked options.
We felt very well looked after throughout our stay.
The only downside was I couldn't eat the cookies in the mini bar!

The rooms were spacious, and the temperature control, electrics, and water supply all worked perfectly. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering useful local tips. The hotel also had all the basic amenities, including a small sauna and gym on the premises.
In some areas, the property would benefit from a few touch-ups. The jacuzzi in the pool area seemed to be out of order, there were ceiling leaks in a few places, and the breakfast menu options were not quite up to standard.

The staff gave the best service and hospiality I've ever recieved in Europe. Rachel, juven and the night staff deserve honourable mentions, but i could mention all of the team. They made our trip so special. Id return there. They offer intimate luxury in this small hotel. Valet parking, quick to respond to requests, excellent english, friendly and welcoming.
The pool, while lovely, was downstairs, inside.

Nice location with close access to the riviera. Nicely appointed hotel decor with large rooms. Comfortable bed and sofas. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of Mediterranean foods. Rooftop bar serving dinner and drinks. Small boutique hotel so not overrun with crowds. Nice little indoor pool and sauna in the basement. Friendly staff.
While staff were friendly enough, some were quite forgetful. I asked several times for water refills and gave up. Went to the supermarket and got water bottles instead.
Parking is not in a garage but in full sun at the back of the hotel so be prepared for cooling your car down before you decide to go anywhere as the summer heat bakes your car.
While the hotel is nicely designed with well appointed rooms, the cleanliness left a little to be desired. The usual bathroom corner grime and dusty top shelves.
The basement pool was in need of some maintenance and cleaning.
While food was good in the rooftop restaurant, it was quite expensive.
The hotel price though, way too expensive for what it is. I think if the service was flawless, the rooms spotless, and a wider range of facilities (which are better cared for), I could understand. But at that price range it rivals some of the more expensive hotels I've stayed at with a far better experience and facilities.
The concept is great, but needs some improved execution.
